Meta Ads

Meta campaigns, run with a plan you can read.

We manage Facebook and Instagram advertising for businesses across industries: the structure, the testing and the decisions, planned around your goal and explained in plain English.

Concept example · fictional product
A product set lit for a concept shoot. Briefs and test plans come first.

Included

What we manage

  1. Account audit

Structure, spend history, past creative and what the account has already taught you. You get a written list of what to fix first.

  2. Tracking check

Pixel, Conversions API and event setup, checked against what your site actually records. Consent requirements for your market are flagged before launch.

  3. Campaign structure and budgets

Campaigns, ad sets, budgets and placements set up so each test can be read on its own.

  4. Creative testing

Concepts and briefs for each placement, one variable per test, with a written reason for each variant. How testing works

  5. Optimisation and change log

Changes are made for a stated reason and recorded, so you can see what moved and why.

  6. Reviews

Regular reviews that separate what the evidence shows from what it cannot show yet, and end with the next decision. How to read Meta reports

Same method, different goals

Built around what you need people to do.

A shop wants sales, a salon wants bookings, a software firm wants demos. The cycle stays the same; the goal, the test and the evidence change. These three businesses are invented to show how.

Consultations

A home renovation studio. Goal: Book a design consultation.

Hypothesis
A short walkthrough of one finished project brings fewer but better consultation requests than a seasonal discount.
One variable
Kind of proof: project walkthrough or offer
Evidence to read
Requests the studio marks as qualified after its first call, read next to cost per request. A full calendar of poor fits is not a win.
Next decision
If qualified requests hold up, the next brief tests which project to show. If not, the offer framing gets its own test.

Appointments

A neighbourhood hair salon. Goal: Book a first visit online.

Hypothesis
Showing how quickly a time can be booked moves more first visits than a style showcase.
One variable
Opening line: ease of booking or the result
Evidence to read
Completed bookings from the booking tool, checked against the salon's own calendar, plus how many first visits come back.
Next decision
The stronger opening carries into the next round, which tests the setting: chair, street or phone screen.

B2B demos

A small software company. Goal: Request a product demo.

Hypothesis
Naming one weekly chore the software removes earns more accepted demos than a tour of features.
One variable
Hook: one problem or a feature list
Evidence to read
Demo requests the sales team accepts after a call, over a long enough window for a slower decision.
Next decision
If the problem-first hook wins, the next test compares two different problems. Form fills alone decide nothing.

Costs

Three separate costs, never blended.

Agency fee

What you pay Black Reach for strategy, management and reporting. Quoted after a scoping conversation. We do not publish prices yet.

Media spend

What you pay Meta for ad delivery. It is billed to your own payment method in your own account. We never hold your ad budget.

Creative production

Shoots, creators, edits or stock, if needed. Agreed per project and approved by you before anything is spent.

Before we start

  • Partner access to your Meta business portfolio and ad account. You stay the owner.
  • An active payment method on your ad account.
  • Access to check your pixel, Conversions API and site events.
  • Details of what you sell or offer, brand assets, the evidence behind any claims, and one person who can approve creative.

Not included

  • Guaranteed sales, return on ad spend or cost per result.
  • Website builds, email or SMS marketing.
  • Follow-up, call handling or automation after someone enquires. That is a separate business with its own agreement.
  • Running ads in categories or ways that break Meta's rules.
Policy

Every ad has to follow Meta's Advertising Standards. We check the current rules for your category before launch, because they change.

A short form, a few questions about your business, spend and goals. If it looks like a fit, the next step is a conversation, not a pitch deck.
