FAQ
Straight answers.
Questions about fit, costs, creative and measurement. If yours is missing, ask it in your enquiry.
Fit
Who do you work with?
Businesses of different kinds that want their Meta advertising run with a plan: online shops, local and in-person services, professional and B2B firms, software and subscriptions. Each campaign is built around your goal, whether that is a sale, a booking, an enquiry or a sign-up. If you are unsure, ask; we will say plainly if we are not the right team.
Do you have a minimum ad spend?
We have not published a minimum. Tests need enough delivery to be readable, so if your budget is too small for useful testing we will tell you in the first conversation rather than take the work.
Which countries do you work with?
We are still confirming the markets we serve. Tell us where your customers are in your enquiry.
Does my industry change how the ads can run?
Sometimes. Meta applies extra rules to some categories: ads about housing, employment, or financial products and services get fewer targeting options, and ads about social issues, elections or politics need authorisation in many countries. Some products and services are restricted or not allowed at all. We check the current rules for your category before planning, because they change.
Do you do lead follow-up or automation?
Not at Black Reach, which runs Meta campaigns only. Ring Side Leads (managed enquiry programmes in client-owned accounts) and Manyhats Automations (follow-up and automation) are separate businesses run by the same founder, with their own agreements.
Costs
How much does it cost?
There are three separate costs: our agency fee, your media spend (paid to Meta from your own account) and any creative production. We quote the fee after a scoping conversation and do not publish prices yet.
Do you guarantee results or a return on ad spend?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee advertising results. We commit to a clear plan, careful testing and straight reporting.
Do you hold or mark up our ad budget?
No. Media spend is billed by Meta to your payment method in your account.
Creative
Do you make the ads?
Creative direction, concepts and briefs are part of the work. How assets are produced (by your team, by creators, or through production we arrange) is agreed per client, and any production cost is approved by you before it is spent.
Who owns the creative?
You own the finished ads made for you, on the terms in your agreement. Stock images, footage, music, fonts and creator content stay under their own licences: you get the right to use them as licensed, not ownership, and some licences limit where or for how long an ad can run. Each asset and its licence is listed at handover.
Are the ads on this site real?
No. They are concept examples for a fictional brand called Kesso, made to explain our method.
Measurement
How do you measure results?
We start by checking your pixel, Conversions API and site events, because testing on broken tracking only produces noise. Reviews then read delivery, attention and qualified action together, with the limits of platform attribution stated.
How long before we know what works?
It depends on spend, how quickly tests gather delivery and what you are asking people to do. The plan sets review points up front, and we will not call a result early to look good.
Working together
Who owns the ad account?
You do: the account, pixel, data and the creative agreed in your contract. We work through partner access that you control and can remove.
Are you a Meta Business Partner?
No. Black Reach Media is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of Meta.
What happens if we stop working together?
We remove our access and hand over the change log, test history and creative files, leaving the account in working order.

A short form, a few questions about your business, spend and goals. If it looks like a fit, the next step is a conversation, not a pitch deck.
